Founder/Creator

Véronique is the founder and creator of Sanctuary of Wings, a space born from her search for peace after years of chaos. In 2023, her daughter’s diagnosis with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma reshaped her life. Through that journey she was taught the power of calm presence — lessons she continues to integrate into her own path. Two years later, caring for birds who had endured hardship yet slowly learned to fly became another living metaphor for renewal, reminding her that healing is a shared process of learning to spread our wings again.

Sanctuary of Wings is her dream, but not a finished destination — it is a journey she is still on, and one she hopes to share with others. Through journals, podcasts, and creative tools, Véronique opens space for collective reflection, where each person can bring their own experiences and together discover new ways of finding balance.

Her invitation is simple: to join her in seeking peace. Whether through daily rituals, creative expression, or shared conversation, Sanctuary of Wings is a place where we guide each other, gently and at our own pace.

Paola joins Sanctuary of Wings as a calm, grounding presence; someone who believes deeply in holistic thinking, intentional living, and the quiet power of small daily actions. She was drawn to this project because it reflects what she values most: meaningful connection, mindfulness, and the courage to slow down in a world that constantly pulls us toward distraction. Her hope is that Sanctuary becomes a place where people can return to themselves, gently and without pressure.

On the podcast, Paola brings a steady, positive point of view that complements Véronique’s reflective storytelling. She loves exploring themes like mindfulness, intuition, and achievable goals, especially the idea that transformation begins with tiny, consistent steps. Rather than focusing on the mountain, she believes in starting with the ant hill, trusting that daily habits accumulate into something powerful over time.

Her own grounding ritual is breathwork, a practice that helps her reconnect with her inner rhythm when emotions rise. A few intentional breaths, feet planted on the earth, and she feels herself return to center. José Luis

Fitness & Meditation Guide

José Luis is the fitness and meditation guide at Sanctuary of Wings, bringing strength and calm in equal measure.

Some years ago, after facing deep challenges in his personal life, he reached a breaking point. With the support of his family and the wisdom of his guru, he found a way forward — discovering in the process a lifelong passion for physical fitness and meditation as pathways to peace.

Through this journey, José Luis learned a vital lesson: not to let others disturb his inner calm. Today, he carries that wisdom into every part of his life. Though he runs several businesses in Mexico City and keeps a demanding schedule, he almost always makes time for the gym — sometimes up to three hours a day — and plays on a local soccer team. For him, movement is more than exercise; it is a ritual of renewal, a way to reset from the pressures of work and return to balance.

At Sanctuary of Wings, José Luis shares this philosophy with others: that caring for the body and quieting the mind are inseparable practices. His invitation is simple — to discover how strength and serenity can coexist, and how physical activity can become a doorway into peace.
